 Important Senior Information!
Important reminders for senior students and their parent(s)/guardian(s) about graduation and upcoming events. Please read for more details. This information will also be mailed directly to you. It is amazing how fast time goes by! There are a couple of events coming up for your senior and of course the preparation for the graduation of the Class of 2010! Enclosed you will find the upcoming fees and deadlines for tuition, graduation fee, cap/gown, Grad Nite, prom, and Fiesta raffle tickets. These deadlines are critical to assure your senior may participate in upcoming special events and will not have any delays relating to graduation. This is a very special time for our seniors who are preparing to step into their future. Please carefully review the information listed below: Tuition: Payment for May and June is due May 20, 2010 Graduation Fee: $100.00 Payment due May 20, 2010 Cap and Gown: If you have NOT ordered a cap and gown for your senior, you will have to call Jostens directly (805) 987-4147 as soon as possible. Jostens is now charging a $25.00 late fee (This is a LATE charge from Jostens, Grad Nite: Thursday, May 20, 2010 $100.00 Payment due May 3, 2010 Prom: Saturday, May 1, 2010 Estimated Bid Cost $85.00 Bids will be sold April 12th thru April 23rd Location: Padre Serra Hall Fiesta Raffle Tickets: Each member of the senior class needs to sell $150.00 of raffle tickets in order to earn “Spirit Dress” for the remainder of the year. Deadline is Sunday, April 25th by 12:00 pm *ALL the payments above may be added to your April tuition by returning the SMART Account Billing Authorization enclosed to Mrs. Ursula Hill in the Business Office. The deadline to add to your tuition account is Tuesday, March 16th-No later. It is important to please communicate with your senior about staying on track with their grades in order to graduate. Please utilize Teacher Ease when checking on progress and feel free to contact any of their teachers with any concerns. Important Dates Prom-Saturday, May 1, 2010 BBQ Lunch for Seniors-Tuesday, May 18, 2010 Senior Awards Night-Wednesday, May 19, 2010 Grad Nite-Thursday, May 20, 2010 Graduation Rehearsal and Senior Exams-Tuesday, May 25th thru Thursday, May 27th Graduation Day-Friday, May 28, 2010 Baccalaureate Mass Commencement Ceremony Friedrich Pavilion at 6 pm Let us continue to pray for our students to be graced with blessings and guidance from our Lord, Jesus Christ as they look forward to their future endeavors.
